Listening to God in Prayer

 “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” — John 10:27

In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to think of prayer as a one-way conversation where we pour out our requests, concerns, and praises to God. While sharing our hearts with God is essential, prayer is also about listening. Jesus says in John 10:27, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” This verse reminds us that prayer is a two-way conversation. By quieting our hearts and minds, we can hear God’s voice, receive His direction, and find comfort in His presence.
