Praying Bold Prayers

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” — Ephesians 3:20

Praying boldly doesn’t mean demanding our way; it means trusting God’s way. Bold prayers are rooted in faith that God’s plans are higher and better than ours. Sometimes, His answers don’t look like what we expect, but they are always what we need. Imagine the boldness of Elijah praying for rain after years of drought or the faith of the early church praying for Peter’s miraculous release from prison. God responded in ways that exceeded their hopes. He can do the same in your life.

Father, thank you for your limitless power and grace. Help me to pray boldly, trusting in your ability to do more than I can imagine.
