The Power to Bind and Loose

“Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” – Matthew 18:18

As a believer, you have been given the power to bind and loose. This is a divine authority that God has granted to every born-again Christian. You can bind what you don’t want in your life and loose what you desire. This power is part of your spiritual armoury, and it is meant to help you walk in victory in every area of life.

You have the authority to loose funds for your projects, commanding the enemy to take his hands off your finances. Speak to your money and declare that it is being released to you. As a pastor, you can bind the territorial and environmental spirits that are hindering your congregation and loose them from spiritual oppression. You can also loose favour and help to come your way. Identify the specific things you need to loose—be specific in your declarations. Everything that God has promised you—your blessings, benefits, donations, and heavenly grants—is yours, and you can loose them into your life.

Another powerful aspect of this authority is loosing angels to work on your behalf. You can command your angels to go ahead of you, clearing the way for you, preparing the environment for your success. This is how you use your spiritual authority to open doors and remove obstacles.

You can also bind ancestral struggles that have been holding you back and take authority over them. If there are health issues limiting your ability to function, you have the power to bind those issues and command them to loose their grip on your life.

In addition, you can declare the Word of the Lord over your children. If it has been said that your child struggles with mathematics or any other subject, remember the scripture says, “he shall be the head and not the tail, he shall be above only and not beneath.” Speak this truth over your child’s life and watch the power of God’s Word work in them.

You have the authority to bind and loose—use it wisely and watch the breakthrough manifest in every area of your life.

Prayer:
Father, thank you for the authority you’ve given me to bind and loose. I declare that every negative force working against my life, my family, and my ministry is bound in the name of Jesus. I loose your blessings, favour, and prosperity into my life. I call upon my angels to go ahead of me and clear the way for me. I take authority over any health issues or ancestral struggles, and I command them to loose their hold on my life. I declare your Word over my children and claim that they are the head and not the tail. Thank you for giving me the power to declare your will and see it come to pass. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
