Rather than complaining and getting angry about the things that we can see but that our leaders cannot see, followers need to understand that leaders like drivers are busy trying to drive us to our destinations safely. We must patiently help them to see those things and sometimes seek the help of the holy spirit in helping them to see it.

Leaders must also create time to listen to their followers too. They must understand that followers are positioned to see a lot of things that leaders may not see.

How easy would life be if we could just learn to cast our cares upon the Lord knowing that he cares for us? (1 Peter 5:7). Some of the stress we go through in our life will be unnecessary and we will be able to sleep with our two eyes closed. Even when things seem to be falling apart, we will be relaxed in the confidence that the steering of our life is in the master’s hand and we know that he has our best interest at heart..

As believers, sometimes, there will be some good ideas, fantastic offers coming your way, they look too good not to be godly, except they are not; they’re just mere distractions trying to stop you from following the map. At such a moment, how can we allow God’s word and his Holy Spirit to be your guide so that you don’t lean on your own understanding?

The line between innocent involvement and intrusion is so thin that it requires God’s wisdom to help people without crossing it.
If we are not careful, we could get far too involved in areas of people’s lives where we have no business and end up causing more harm than good.
The big question is ‘where do we draw the balance between being our brother’s keeper and minding our business

What do we really mean when we say we are born again?

When we say we have given our lives to Christ, it is my understanding that a change of ownership has been signed from that day onward; we no longer belong to ourselves. How true is this in our everyday living though?
