I was listening to a doctor sometime ago talking about the danger of abusing pain relief drugs [Panadol, paracetamol, Panadol extra and the like]. According to him, pain in itself is not a problem, pain is just an indication that something is wrong. Pain is always saying something but most of the time we shut it up rather than checking out what it is saying to us.
